It is my pleasure to introduce to you five years integrated program in management (IPM) at IIM Rohtak. During my tenure at IIM Rohtak, I have tried to meet as many faculty, staff, students, and corporate leaders as I could. Through many exchanges, I have come to appreciate that the uniqueness of IIM Rohtak’s learning experience that ties us together. Therefore, I am proud to announce that our IPM program will provide a unique blend of foundational knowledge of various social science subjects along with core management subjects. This will result in development of deeper understanding of the multifaceted world of business for our participating students. I hope that IPM program’s curriculum will combine theory and practice to provide students with greater self-confidence along with superior skills that will aid them to build a rewarding career.

At IIM Rohtak we predominantly follow case based learning approach to equip our students with practical problem solving, real time decision making, understanding the challenges of managerial and leadership roles, and appreciating a holistic perspective of the organization. Besides, we also conduct role plays, simulation, experiential learning exercises, and management games to make programme participants enjoy and learn together. Given the dearth of proficient managerial and leadership skills in commercial, non-commercial, social, entrepreneurial, and government ventures, this programme has an overarching goal of developing and nurturing young talent into professional business leaders. Well-articulated curriculum spread over five years of the programme will expose the participants in a variety of disciplines covering humanities, decision sciences, core management perspectives, economics and so forth. I welcome all talented young millennia’s to come forward and explore this opportunity of being associated with IIM Rohtak.

In today’s corporate world, the most valued Manager is the one who can think critically, Reason Logically, Define Problems, Create Solutions and Execute Solutions. Integrated programme in management (IPM) is a five- year programme designed to meet the growing demand for qualified professionals in the field of management. With IPM, The students can either launch their professional career in top corporates or progress to pursue higher education. The programme offers students courses in four core areas Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, and Humanities. Upon successfully completing this programme, the students will acquire adequate knowledge and skills in Communication Skills, Business analytics, Presentation Skills, and Computer Applications, besides achieving a remarkable improvement in their overall personality.
