Mr. Jyotirmoy Banerjee (Lecturer)

PROFILE

Jyotirmoy Banerjee is an esteemed Lecturer of Law at the Indian Institute of Management, Rohtak (IIM-R), renowned for his extensive experience and expertise in Corporate & Commercial Matters across India. With his exceptional research contributions, he has presented papers in numerous National and International Conferences on various topics such as ADR, Environmental Law, Juvenile Law, and Corporate Commercial Laws, establishing himself as a leading thought leader in these fields.

Furthermore, Mr. Banerjee also serves as the Faculty Incharge of Moot Court Society and Model United Nations (MUN) Society, showcasing his dedication to providing holistic legal education to students. In 2022, he was awarded the prestigious Young Researcher Award by the Institute of Scholars, highlighting his exceptional research contributions and dedication to his field.

Mr. Banerjee has completed his Master’s in Law (LLM) in Corporate and Commercial Law from the esteemed Faculty of Law at Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur. Currently, he is pursuing his Ph.D. in Corporate Commercial and ADR Laws from the prestigious School of Law at Raffles University, Neemrana. His exceptional academic qualifications and vast experience make him a sought-after legal expert in the fields of Corporate & Commercial Law, ADR, Environmental Law, and Juvenile Law.

IPL Achintya

Mr. Achintya Arora (Lecturer)

PROFILE

Achintya Arora has completed B.Com.,LL.B. (Hons.), a five year integrated programme in law, from Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar and LL.M. from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. He qualified the UGC-NET (Law) in July, 2018. He has presented research papers at various prestigious international and national conferences. His research works have been published with reputed journals and leading newspapers.

Teaching Areas: He is currently teaching Public Policy Processes & Institutions and Indian Legal System and Methods – I.

IPL Ishan

Mr. Ishan Atrey (Lecturer)

PROFILE

Ishan Atrey is a highly dedicated and accomplished legal professional committed to knowledge dissemination and guiding aspiring lawyers. With extensive expertise in Civil and Criminal Laws from the last 5 years, have also successfully mentored students preparing for RJS, DJS, and other Competitive Exams. His exceptional contributions have garnered recognition, including the Young Researcher Award, 2022 for his paper on "Critical Analysis of the Judicial Implications on the concept of Necrophilia & the Judicial approach taken towards it in India and Worldwide."He has also received acknowledgement from various Universities for outstanding research and development work.

Academically, He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Juvenile Justice from School of Law at the University of Petroleum and Energy Sciences (UPES). He holds an LLM. from Government Law College, Bikaner, and a BA.LL.B. from New Law College, Bhartiya Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune. Additionally, completed a Diploma in Corporate Law from the Asian School of Cyber Law, Pune. To augment my expertise, I have undertaken numerous certificate courses and MOOCs in diverse areas, including Children's Human Rights, Criminal Justice, American Contract Law, Citizenship and the Rule of Law from the University of Yale,the University of Geneva, and McMaster University.

Active participation in professional associations, such as the Rajasthan Economic Association, Young ICCA, and Bar Council of Rajasthan, keeps me engaged with the legal community and updated on the latest developments in the field. My substantial teaching experience, delivering courses on-

My research papers have been published in reputable National and International Journals, including one in Scopus (under process), three in UGC Care Listed Journals, and two in Double-Blind Peer-Reviewed Journals (2022). I actively participate in seminars, webinars, and faculty development programs to further expand my knowledge and teaching skills. Notably, he possesses excellent communication skills, administrative abilities, and adeptness in public speaking. I am highly organized, creative, and proficient in effectively conveying information.

Mr. Anurag Mishra (Lecturer)

PROFILE

Anurag Mishra is a Ph.D. Candidate at the Centre for Canadian, US, and Latin American Studies, School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. His doctoral research focuses on the representation of Blacks and Latinos in the Republican Party and voter support. His research interests include American politics, American society, and culture, religion in politics, Legal pluralism, and Jurisprudence, among others. He also holds an LL.M. in Access to Justice from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.

 IPL Sarvajeet

Mr. Sarvajeet Kumar Sinha (Lecturer)

PROFILE

Sarvajeet Kumar Sinha has completed BBA. LL.B. with specialization in Business Law from KIIT School of Law, Bhubaneswar. After working for three years as a Senior Legal Associate with one of India's leading offshore legal services providers, he moved back to academics. He completed a Master's in Regulatory Governance from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. Currently, he is pursuing PhD from the National Institute of Advanced Studies, IISc Campus, Bengaluru.

IPL Akshay

Mr. Akshay (Lecturer)

PROFILE       

       Akshay is a dynamic and ambitious young professional hailing from Delhi. He pursued his BALLB (Hons.) program (undergraduate studies) at the National Law Institute University, Bhopal (NLIU, Bhopal) from the years 2015 to 2020.

Following his graduation, Akshay embarked on a journey into the legal industry, seeking practical experience to complement his theoretical knowledge. He worked at two law firms, namely Luthra and Luthra Law Offices and Saraf and Partners, from 2020 to 2022.  

After gaining practical experience of law in these law firms, he pursued his higher studies. In the pursuit of academic excellence, he enrolled in the LLM program at the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru (NLSIU, Bengaluru), from 2022 to 2023.

In April 2023, Akshay passed the UGC NET exam and his passion for imparting knowledge and shaping young minds led him to join IIM, Rohtak as a Lecturer (Law).

Beyond his professional endeavours, Akshay is a sports enthusiast with a special interest in tennis and cricket. He believes in maintaining a healthy balance between work and leisure, using sports as a means of relaxation and maintaining a focused mind.

With an impressive educational background, practical experience in renowned law firms, and a zeal for education and sports, Akshay stands out as a well-rounded and accomplished individual.
